If you choose to apply for a job with us, we collect your name, address, resume (including your employment and education history), desired salary type, salary range, skills, who you were referred by and how you heard about us. If you establish a credit account with us or purchase any of our services, we may collect payment information as described below.

Your Usage of Our Site

We automatically track certain information about you based upon your use of our Site. We use this information to conduct internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and serve our users. This information may include device information (e.g., your web browser type and language), the URL that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, access times, geolocation data, your IP address, pages viewed, details about how you’ve used the Site and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser. The data Auto Shipping Group owns is our internal information and information related to our business customers. Auto Shipping Group uses the Personal Data we collect to provide our services to you, including for our normal operating procedures and internal purposes, such as to track marketing effectiveness. If you open a credit account with us through our Site, we use your address and billing information to bill you and provide associated support.

These technologies may generate or respond to speech, analyze call content, and/or automate communications. These interactions may not involve a human customer service representative.

Information Collected Through Artificial Intelligence-Generated Calls

When implemented, outbound calls conducted by artificial intelligence-enabled systems may collect personal information including but not limited to:

  • Identifiers such as name, address, zip code, email address, phone number, car make/model, and ship to and from location
  • Call metadata including but not limited to date, time, and duration
  • Audio-recordings of the call where permitted and authorized by applicable federal and state laws and regulations
  • Transcripts of the call generated by artificial intelligence

Artificial Intelligence-Generated Call Recording and Transcription

Telephone calls initiated by artificial intelligence may be recorded, monitored, or transcribed, where permitted and authorized by applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Individuals are responsible for complying with applicable notice and consent requirements under applicable federal and state law.

Purpose and Use of Artificial Intelligence-Generated Calls

We may use personal information collected through artificial intelligence-generated calls for, but not limited to, the following purposes:

  • Quality assurance
  • Training
  • Analytics
  • Compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Service improvement

Third Party Service Providers

We share personal information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including vendors that provide artificial intelligence technologies. These service providers process personal information solely to provide services to use and are contractually required to protect personal information and to use personal information only in accordance with our instructions and any and all applicable federal and state law and regulations.

Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through artificial intelligence-generated communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the data, legal requirements, and/or operational needs.

Data Use for Service Improvement and Training

We and any third-party service provider may use personal information collected through artificial intelligence-generated calling to maintain, improve, and further develop services, including improving artificial intelligence-models and features.

Consumer Privacy Rights

Depending on the Consumer’s state of residence, the Consumer may have rights regarding their respective personal information, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of data collection.

Links to External Websites

Auto Shipping Group is not responsible for the privacy policies of third parties or other Sites, even if they are linked to our Site. Auto Shipping Group includes these links solely as a convenience to you, and the presence of such a link does not imply a responsibility for the linked site or an endorsement of the linked site, its operator, or its contents. Please make sure you read their privacy policy before using those sites when you leave our Site.

Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently take any action when it receives a Do Not Track request. Do Not Track is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page. How We Protect Your Personal Information

When Auto Shipping Group is creating, maintaining, using or disseminating Personal Data, we will take reasonable and appropriate measures designed to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into due account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Data. Auto Shipping Group cannot and does not guarantee absolute protection and assumes no liability for any disclosure or loss of data in any case, especially due to transmission errors, unauthorized or bad actions of third parties such as hackers, or through no fault of ours. We cannot guarantee or promise that your Personal Data or private communications will remain private. For example, hackers or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications on our Site.

U.S. State Specific Rights

Notice to Nevada Residents

Under Nevada law, we do not sell your Personal Data. However, if you are a Nevada resident, you may submit a request that we not sell any Personal Data we have collected about you by contacting us as set forth below. Your request must include your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, and an email address so that we can contact if needed regarding this request. If you previously provided a phone number, it will assist us in making sure we identify you as someone who wants to opt-out. You may also be required to take reasonable steps as we determine from time to time in order to verify your identity and/or the authenticity of the request. Auto Shipping Group will respond to your request within sixty (60) days either confirming that your request has been processed or indicating that we need an additional thirty (30) days to complete the request.

  • Delete Your Personal Data– You may submit a request to delete your personal data.
  • Correct Your Personal Data – You may submit a request to correct the personal data we hold about you.
  • Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising – Auto Shipping Group engages in online advertising practices (and certain analytics or similar activities) that may be considered “targeted advertising” under these states’ laws.   • Opt-Out of Sales of Your Personal Data – Auto Shipping Group does not sell data for monetary compensation, but may sell your data as defined by Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon Texas, and Utah, which includes sharing data with third party advertising and analytics companies to help enhance data we have about you and find potential customers similar to you. You may submit a request as frequently as you would like, but we are not required to respond to requests to provide Personal Data to you more than twice in any 12-month period.

To submit a verifiable request, you will be asked to provide certain information to help us verify your identity. The information we ask you to provide to initiate a request may differ depending upon the type of request, the type, sensitivity and value of the Personal Data that is the subject of the request, and the risk of harm to you that may occur as a result of unauthorized access or deletion, among other factors. We may also require you to provide a written declaration that you are who you say you are.

Please note that as part of the verification process, once you submit a request to delete Personal Data, we may follow up and require you to confirm that you want your information to be deleted.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing the agent with signed written permission to do so. The written permission must state your full legal name, the full legal name of the individual who is the subject of the request, and needs to be clear about the permission granted. Alternatively, you may submit a copy of a power of attorney under Probate Code sections 4000-4465. In either case, please also indicate in your email the nature of your request. The consumer’s identity, in addition to the agent’s, will need to be independently verified in order for us to be able to fulfill your request. Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Informaton or Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

Auto Shipping Group does not sell Personal Data to third parties for monetary consideration. However, the collection of data on our behalf by certain of our third-party Site analytics or digital advertising service providers may be considered a “sale” and is considered “sharing” under the CPRA. For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our Site is used. To opt-out of the sale of Personal Data by Auto Shipping Group, you may go to Auto Shipping Group’s “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” web page.

Right to Limit the Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

Regulations, a business must only provide the Right to Limit The Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information when such use is collected or processed for the purpose of inferring characteristics about a consumer, or does not fall under certain statutory exceptions, pursuant to CPRA §1798.121. Auto Shipping Group does not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for such purpose and/or its uses fall within the statutory exceptions, and we therefore do not offer this right at this time.

Data Retention
